Alok is a Learning solution designer, Facilitator, Executive Coach, Psychologist, and a professional who brings business requirements and participants’ development needs to a common point in his work. He has been popular as a Mentor, Coach and L&OD specialist in the organizations he worked with in the past. He has facilitated more than 2500 workshops including Human Process labs, large scale interactive process, Psychodrama, Culture change initiatives and Top team interventions. He has also done research in the Leadership development domain.
He worked as a practicing Psychologist & behavioral facilitator for almost 8 years with educational institutions, social organizations, public sector organizations and multinational corporations. Then he moved to corporate life where he had an illustrious career for two decades in Learning and organization development. He worked in the national and global roles; very closely with C-Suite leaders for diagnostics, design & delivery of their development plans.
In the last 15 years of career, he has led multiple large-scale projects, research & OD interventions. He designed some flagship Learning interventions for senior leaders and large-scale culture change interventions which covered thousands of learners across the globe in his last organization – a global conglomerate.
