Sunil has an overall experience of 2 decades of experience spanning across entrepreneurship, academics, corporate and defence sectors.
Currently, he is the Chief Business Officer at Executive Acceleration, which focuses on creating global business leaders through focused interventions. In his current he focuses on industry interactions, Programme Design, Faculty Recruitment, Competency Development, Faculty and Client Relationship Management and driving the Collaborative Research initiatives with industry.

As a General Manager with Times Group (BCCL), one of the leading media conglomerates in India was instrumental in setting up their consulting and executive education arm over a period of 2 years. Before BCCL, was associated with Indian School of Business as Associate Director – Custom Designed Programs, at the Center for Executive Education (CEE). He led a team of executives who are responsible for the Design & Delivery of customized programs across geographies, sectors, and organizational levels.
Before joining ISB, he was a with the Indian Army as a Major and was actively involved in strategic operations across various sensitive areas.
